At Museum Bees, we want you to cherish your one-of-a-kind treasures; if your piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, we offer a 14-day return window for store credit or replacement.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our studio via email within 14 days of receiving your bee to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully wrap your Museum Bee in its original protective materials to ensure the antique frames and delicate ornaments are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Studio

  Affix your shipping label and send the package to our Louisville studio; we recommend using a tracked service as we are not responsible for lost shipments.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Credit

  Once our artisans verify the item's condition, we will issue a digital gift card for the full purchase price to be used on any future addition to your collection.
